| dc.description.abstract | Resumo: A pesquisa de doutorado que ora se apresenta parte da hipótese de que há vários fatores materiais que concorrem para o crescente processo de estranhamento e alienação no trabalho do agente de segurança socioeducativo A partir dessa hipótese, o estudo possui como objetivo geral analisar as atribuições e determinações cotidianas do agente de segurança socioeducativo, profissional que trabalha na execução de medidas de privação de liberdade de adolescentes e que tem seu cotidiano carregado de mediações que revelam faces da barbárie do sistema capitalista Para se elucidar as inquietações, foram construídos cinco objetivos específicos: a) realizar uma aproximação teórica às categorias alienação e estranhamento enquanto análise do trabalho no capitalismo; b) compreender o Estado penal no contexto do capitalismo neoliberal, identificando-se características do Brasil nos aspectos ideopolíticos e normativos que incidem sobre a política de encarceramento e restrição de liberdade de jovens e adolescentes; c) elencar e analisar particularidades do papel atribuído ao agente socioeducativo que se estruturou no Brasil, sobretudo, a partir do século XX; d) apresentar aspectos materiais que caracterizam a organização do trabalho no sistema de atendimento de adolescentes em conflito com a lei; e e) evidenciar e analisar particularidades do papel atribuído ao agente de segurança socioeducativo no ideário da socioeducação que repercutem na subjetividade objetivada e que concorrem para que processos de estranhamento e alienação sejam aprofundados Parte-se da premissa de que a cotidianidade é espaço de práxis; de observação assistemática, casual, em que se objetivam as exteriorizações dos indivíduos singulares e as determinações da existência humana A imediaticidade, expressão fenomênica, não é o único dado da realidade a ser captado, então, elegeram-se, enquanto procedimentos metodológicos necessários para se construir esta tese, uma pesquisa bibliográfica, imperiosa para se entender aspectos fundantes da realidade social, e uma ampla pesquisa documental Esse procedimento está ancorado em aportes do materialismo histórico dialético que auxiliam a se analisar aspectos da realidade para além do fenômeno Trata-se de uma perspectiva metodológica que ensina a se começar sempre pelo real, em sua concretude A pesquisa apontou que a socioeducação nada mais é do que parte do controle social que se apresenta institucionalizado no aparato do Estado penal, sob a forma punitiva, e ancorado, entre outros aspectos, com discurso idealizado da defesa de direitos Assim, decorre que a socioeducação ocupa determinação limitada no contexto dos meios de controle social, de modo que sua capacidade de intervenção e transformação da realidade é restrita Cabe a ela apenas remediar alguma tensão provisória desencadeada pela prática infracional dos adolescentes Por fim, a pesquisa aponta que o trabalho objetivado pode ser uma atividade de humanização do homem, de autorrealização, mas, ao mesmo tempo, apresenta-se em formas estranhadas E, para se evidenciar aspectos dessa forma e que concorrem para forjar uma identidade profissional alienada, procurou-se evidenciar, ao longo da pesquisa aspectos materiais que incidem, de forma direta e indireta, no trabalho do socioeducador | pt_BR |
| dc.description.abstractother1 | Abstract: This doctoral research starts from the hypothesis that there are several material factors that contribute to the growing process of strangeness and alienation in the work of the socio-educational security agent Based on this hypothesis, the study has as its general objective to analyze the daily attributions and determinations of the socio-educational security agent, a professional who works in the execution of deprivation of freedom measures for adolescents and which has his daily life loaded with mediations that reveal faces of barbarism of the capitalist system In order to elucidate the concerns, five specific objectives were built: a) to carry out a theoretical approach to the categories of alienation and estrangement as an analysis of work in capitalism; b) to understand the penal State in the context of neoliberal capitalism, identifying characteristics of Brazil in the ideopolitical and normative aspects that affect the policy of incarceration and restriction of freedom of young people and adolescents; c) to list and analyze the particularities of the role attributed to the socio-educational agent that was structured in Brazil, especially from the 2th century onwards; d) present material aspects that characterize the organization of work in the care system for adolescents in conflict with the law; and e) to evidence and analyze the particularities of the role attributed to the socio-educational security agent in the ideology of socio-education that have repercussions on the objectified subjectivity and that contribute to deepening processes of estrangement and alienation This work starts with the premise that everyday life is a space for praxis; of casual, unsystematic observation, in which the exteriorizations of singular individuals and the determinations of human existence are It starts with the premise that everyday life is a space for praxis; of casual, unsystematic observation, in which the exteriorizations of singular individuals and the determinations of human existence are objectified The immediacy, phenomenal expression, is not the only reality data to be captured, so, as methodological procedures necessary to build this thesis, a bibliographical research, imperative to understand fundamental aspects of social reality, was chosen as well as a wide documentary research This procedure is anchored in contributions of historical dialectical materialism that help to analyze aspects of reality beyond the phenomenon It is about a methodological perspective that teaches to always start with the real, in its concreteness The research pointed out that socio-education is nothing more than part of the social control that is institutionalized in the penal state apparatus, under the punitive form, and anchored, among other aspects, with an idealized discourse of defending rights Therefore, it follows that socio-education occupies limited determination in the context of the means of social control, so that its ability to intervention capacity and transformation of reality is restricted It is only up to her to remedy some provisional tension triggered by the adolescents' infraction Finally, the research points out that the objectified work can be an activity of humanization of man, of self-realization, but, at the same time, it presents itself in strange forms And, in order to highlight aspects of this form and that contribute to forging an alienated professional identity, we sought to highlight, throughout the research, material aspects that directly and indirectly affect the work of the socio-educator | pt_BR |
