| dc.description.abstract | Resumo: Esta pesquisa tem o intuito de analisar o trabalho com famílias na proteção social especial de média complexidade no Município de Londrina/PR Ele é realizado como meio de operacionalizar o eixo da “Matricialidade Sociofamiliar” estabelecido pelo Sistema Único de Assistência Social Foram eleitas, como universo da pesquisa, as unidades dos Centros de Referência Especializados de Assistência Social (CREAS), serviços responsáveis pela execução da referida proteção social em Londrina Efetuou-se pesquisa documental nos principais documentos que regem a atual Política de Assistência Social e procedeu-se à revisão bibliográfica dos assuntos pertinentes, como a família e sua relação com o Estado, as políticas sociais e a proteção social especial, havendo menção ao espaço da mulher nessa dinâmica Mediante abordagem qualitativa, foram realizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas com os(as) técnicos(as) da área de serviço social envolvidos(as) com o atendimento de adolescentes e suas famílias As conclusões apontam para a falta de produção teórica e de debates sobre o assunto; a falta de capacitação a fim de os profissionais atuarem nessa área, inclusive quanto à formação acadêmica; a inexistência de uma metodologia construída para o trabalho com famílias que correspondem às especificidades dos públicos atendidos pelos CREAS e também para a focalização da mulher como resposável pelo bem-estar dos membros da família Outras constatações dizem respeito às posturas tradicionalistas de técnicos(as) na execução do trabalho em questão, reforçando a postura “familista” da política e os papéis funcionais que se esperam da família Ademais, são trazidas à tona as dificuldades e os desafios dos profissionais de serviço social no que se refere às condições de labor, especialmente a falta de recursos humanos, de uma política salarial e de condições melhores de trabalho | pt_BR |
| dc.description.abstractother1 | Abstract: The present research has the intention of analyzing the work made with families of the Special Social Protection of the medium complexity of the city of Londrina/PR through the operation of the axis of the “Family socialize Matricialidade” stabilized by the “Only System of Social Assistance” Was elected as the universe of the research for the units by the “Specialized Reference Centers of Social Assistance” - CREAS, services responsible for the execution of the special social protection at the city of Londrina with the execution of the documental research of the main documents that reacts to the current Politics of Social Assistance, of the bibliographic review of the subjects appurtenant such as the family and its relation with the State, the social politics, the special social protection mentioning the woman’s space inside of this dynamics, in the qualitative approach by making partly arranged interviews with the technician of the social service area involved with the attending teenagers and their families The conclusion points for the lack of theory production and discussion about the subject, lack of capacitating for the employees to act in this area, including academic graduation, the absence of a methodology built for the work with families inside of the specificity of the community attended by the CREAS, such as the focalization of the woman as the responsible for the well being of the members of the family Other confirmation talks about the traditional attitude of the technician in the execution of the work, reinforcing the attitude of the family about the politics and what it is expected by the family Lastly, it shows the difficulties and challenges of the professionals of the social service inside the relations of work such as the lack of human resources, lack of a salaried politics and better work conditions | pt_BR |
