dc.description.abstractO objetivo dessa pesquisa foi descrever, por meio dos Projetos Pedagógicos de Curso (PPCs), a trajetória histórica dos cursos de Educação Física (licenciatura e bacharelado) e de Esporte da Universidade Estadual de Londrina (UEL, 1968-2018). Para isso, foi considerada a documentação institucional, particularmente os Projetos Pedagógicos de Curso, tendo como sustentação teórica a história do tempo presente (CHAUVEAU; TÉTART, 1999), a história das instituições educativas (MAGALHÃES, 2004; 2005; 2007) e o currículo como construção social (GOODSON, 2018). A análise dos PPCs possibilitou pensar uma singularidade da UEL que consistiu na oferta desses três tipos de habilitações profissionais, bem como as razões de suas continuidades e descontinuidades ao longo do percurso histórico. Com a primeira turma do curso de Licenciatura (1972), percebeu-se a preocupação primeiramente com as demandas de professores em Educação Física nas escolas de ensino básico, sendo assim, com a formação de professores. Em 1999, inicia-se o curso de bacharelado em Ciências do Esporte, atentando-se às práticas tecnicistas e esportivas, com sua oferta se estendendo até o ano de 2015. Posteriormente, em 2004, o bacharelado em Educação Física chega com a proposta de atender ao campo não escolar. Esta dissertação revela vários debates e expõe questões referentes aos três cursos ofertados na UEL durante 50 anos
dc.description.abstractother1The objective of this research was to describe, through the Course Pedagogical Projects (PPCs), the historical trajectory of the courses Physical Education (license and bachelor's degree) and Sport at the State University of Londrina (UEL, 1968-2018). For this, institutional documentation was considered, particularly the Pedagogical Course Projects, having as theoretical support the history of the present time (CHAUVEAU; TÉTART, 1999), the history of educational institutions (MAGALHÃES, 2004; 2005; 2007), and the curriculum as a social construction (GOODSON, 2018). The analysis of the PPCs made it possible to think about a singularity of the UEL that was the offer of three types of professional qualifications, as well as the reasons for their continuities and discontinuities along the historical path. With the first class of the Licentiate course (1972), it was primarily concerned with the demands of Physical Education teachers in elementary schools, thus, with the training of teachers. In 1999, the Bachelor's Degree in Sport Sciences began, paying attention to technical and sports practices, and the offer of this course lasted until the year 2015. Later in 2004, The Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education arrived with the proposal to serve the non-school field. This dissertation reveals several debates and exposes questions regarding the three courses offered at UEL for 50 years
