dc.description.abstractResumo: A presente Dissertação examina a analogia reivindicada, por Rawls, no parágrafo 4 de Uma Teoria da Justiça, entre sua teoria e a filosofia moral de Kant Os objetivos da referida análise consiste em tentar propor o qualificativo que melhor se adéque a tal relação, ou seja, se deve ser considerada como uma analogia forte, fraca ou inexistente Buscarei defender a existência de uma analogia fraca O argumento central para tal defesa será desenvolvido a partir do terceiro capítulo, onde cuidarei dos móbiles para escolha dos princípios No primeiro capítulo, realizo uma reconstrução, em linhas gerais, da teoria da justiça rawlsiana No segundo, busco demonstrar a maneira que Rawls se utiliza dos conceitos de autonomia e imperativo categórico em Uma Teoria da Justiça No terceiro capítulo, analiso a partir das exigências impostas pela filosofia kantiana, se seria o caso atribuir o qualificativo autônomo para a escolha dos princípios na posição original, e, por conseguinte, se os princípios oriundos do pacto social devem ser considerados como imperativos categóricos Para tanto, realizo tal análise a partir dos elementos textuais oferecidos, por Rawls, na obra supracitada, e à luz das duas principais obras kantianas acerca da moralidade, a saber: Fundamentação da Metafísica dos Costumes e Crítica da Razão Práticapt_BR
dc.description.abstractother1Abstract: The present dissertation examines the analogy claimed by Rawls in the paragraph 4 of A Theory of Justice between his theory and the moral philosophy of Kant The objectives of the above mentioned analysis it consists in trying to propose the qualifier that best fits to this relation, in other words, is due to find how a strong, weak or non-existent analogy I will look to defend the existence of a weak analogy The central argument for such a defense will be developed from the third chapter, where I will take care of the mobiles for choice of the beginnings In the first chapter, I carry out a reconstruction in general lines of the theory of the justice rawlsiana In the second one, I look demonstrate the way that Rawls makes use of the concepts of autonomy and categorical imperative in A Theory of Justice In the third chapter, I analyse from the demands imposed by the philosophy kantian, the case is seriated the autonomous qualifier will attribute for the choice of the beginnings in the original position, and, consequently, if the beginnings originating from the social pact they must be considered as categorical imperatives For so much, I carry out such an analysis from the textual elements offered by Rawls in the foregoing work, and by the light of two major works kantian about the morality, namely: Groundwork of the Metaphysics of Morals and Critique of Practical Reasonpt_BR
