dc.description.abstractConsiderando a atuação do Psicólogo no Sistema Único de Assistência Social (SUAS), a presente pesquisa teve por objetivo analisar a importância da escuta psicanalítica na visita domiciliar no SUAS. Utilizou-se o método psicanalítico de pesquisa, por meio da construção de fatos clínicos psicanalíticos. Participaram sete mulheres, mães de filhos com deficiência, que residiam na zona rural de um município do estado do Paraná e que foram atendidas nos domicílios pelo Serviço de Proteção Social Especial para pessoas com deficiência, idosas e suas famílias, no período de junho de 2015 e julho de 2019. A coleta de dados foi realizada, a partir das informações relatadas em prontuários e diário de campo da psicóloga-pesquisadora, relativos aos atendimentos domiciliares às respectivas mães. A análise dos dados iniciou com a leitura, com atenção flutuante, do material coletado. A seguir foram selecionados fatos clínicos detectados nos atendimentos realizados nas visitas domiciliares realizadas. Os quais foram analisados, a partir dos fundamentos teóricos da psicanálise, especialmente considerando a relação transferencial estabelecida entre cada mãe participante e a psicóloga-pesquisadora. Os fatos clínicos foram organizados em três categorias temáticas: visita domiciliar, a escuta inicial; a escuta e sua interface com o cuidado; visita domiciliar, a escuta final às mães. Verificou-se que, a escuta clínica ofertada favoreceu a compreensão de novos significados de questões emocionais vivenciadas por aquelas mães, que possuíam filhos com deficiência e viviam em situação de desproteção social. Assim, embora a visita domiciliar seja desafiadora e cercada de imprevistos, foi considerada uma modalidade de atendimento e intervenção potente, por possibilitar a aproximação do profissional de psicologia tanto à realidade social quanto psíquica das mães atendidas. Nesse sentido, constatou-se também que a visita domiciliar é uma importante ferramenta de intervenção no campo social, que a escuta atenta e a observação apurada são recursos relevantes para a compreensão e interpretação dos fenômenos detectados
dc.description.abstractother1Considering the role of the Psychologist in the Unified Social Assistance System (SUAS), this research aimed at analyzing the importance of psychoanalytical listening in home visits in SUAS. The psychoanalytic research method was used, through the construction of psychoanalytic clinical facts. Seven women participated, mothers of children with disabilities, who lived in the rural area of a municipality in the state of Paraná and who were assisted in their homes by the Special Social Protection Service for people with disabilities, elderly and their families, in the period from June 2015 and July 2019. Data collection was carried out, from the information reported in medical records and field diary of the psychologist-researcher, related to home care to the respective mothers. The data analysis started with the reading, with floating attention, of the collected material. Then clinical facts detected during the home visits were selected. These were analyzed, based on the theoretical foundations of psychoanalysis, especially considering the transferencial relationship established between each participating mother and the psychologist-researcher. The clinical facts were organized into three thematic categories: home visit, the initial listening; listening and its interface with care; home visit, the final listening to the mothers. It was verified that the clinical listening offered favored the understanding of new meanings of emotional issues experienced by those mothers, who had children with disabilities and lived in a situation of social unprotection. Thus, although the home visit is challenging and surrounded by unforeseen events, it was considered a powerful modality of care and intervention, as it allows the psychology professional to get closer to both the social and psychological reality of the mothers assisted. In this sense, it was also found that the home visit is an important tool for intervention in the social field, that attentive listening and careful observation are relevant resources for the understanding and interpretation of the phenomena detected
