| dc.description.abstract | Resumo: O desenvolvimento das atividades informais está presente, atualmente, em todos os países – desenvolvidos ou subdesenvolvidos No entanto, essas atividades surgem como uma alternativa ao desemprego e não como uma nova categoria Dessa forma, os comerciantes informais ocupam as ruas das cidades com o discurso de estarem trabalhando e não cometendo crimes – ainda que esse tipo de trabalho seja irregular, ilegal Durante a década de 199, como solução para o problema dos camelôs que ocupavam as calçadas e praças próximas ao Terminal Central de Ônibus, a Prefeitura de Londrina desenvolveu diversos projetos para a criação de um camelódromo Em 22, foi inaugurado o Camelódromo de Londrina, que se tornou uma referência para o desenvolvimento de diversos empreendimentos semelhantes na cidade Criticado por ter recebido investimentos municipais, o Camelódromo de Londrina, centro do comércio informal da cidade, contraria o senso comum de que esse tipo de comércio só traz prejuízos ao comércio formal, pois, este empreendimento trouxe benefícios à área onde foi instalado, influenciando o comércio formal de seu entorno Objetiva-se, neste trabalho, analisar o comércio formal do entorno do Camelódromo de Londrina após a sua inauguração Para tanto, pesquisou-se inicialmente a história do município de Londrina e o desenvolvimento das atividades comerciais formais para, então, iniciar-se uma pesquisa sobre o desenvolvimento das atividades comerciais informais Pesquisou-se referenciais teóricos nas bibliotecas Municipal e da Universidade Estadual de Londrina Realizou-se, também, pesquisas no Ministério Público (em busca de informações sobre a ação pública que questiona a legalidade do pagamento do aluguel do Camelódromo de Londrina pela prefeitura), na Prefeitura Municipal de Londrina (informações sobre o projeto do Camelódromo de Londrina aprovado pelo Instituto de Pesquisa e Planejamento Urbano de Londrina), na Associação Comercial de Londrina (considerou-se importante analisar a opinião da ACIL, enquanto representante do comércio formal, sobre as atividades do Camelódromo de Londrina e o surgimento de novos empreendimentos semelhantes, principalmente na área central da cidade, bem como as ações dos órgãos fiscalizadores municipais, estaduais e federais), no Camelódromo de Londrina (informações sobre a história do empreendimento e a forma como vem sendo administrado) e na área de entorno do Camelódromo de Londrina (delimitação da área de pesquisa e aplicação dos questionários que subsidiaram a parte deste trabalho onde se analisou o comércio da área) Apesar de ter beneficiado o comércio formal de uma área decadente do centro de Londrina, a ACIL e alguns comerciantes formais afirmaram que este tipo de empreendimento, apoiado pela Prefeitura Municipal, prejudicou o comércio formal devido à origem, geralmente ilícita, de seus produtos Conclui-se este trabalho com a análise das transformações espaciais e algumas considerações acerca da influência do Camelódromo de Londrina sobre o comércio formal do seu entorno, bem como as vantagens e desvantagens da sua criação | pt_BR |
| dc.description.abstractother1 | Abstract: The informal activities development is present, actually, in all countries – developed or underdeveloped Nevertheless, these activities appear like an alternative to solve an unemployment, but not like a new category In this way, the informal market workers occupy the city’s street, saying that they are working and these people are not committing crimes with their work, still it is irregular or illegal During the 199’s, like a solution for the informal market workers problem who occupied the pavements and the squares that are near to the Londrina’s bus station, this city hall developed a lot of projects for the creation of a place where the street market could be happen in Londrina, which was inaugurated in 22 This place started to be a reference to others undertakings like that in this city The creation of this place, where the street market happen in Londrina, was criticized for the city hall investments that it received At present, the Londrina’s informal street market, on the contrary that people thought, this undertaking benefited the formal commerce, which is near of the informal street market The objective of this working theory is to analyse the development of the formal commerce, after the inauguration of the place where the Londrina’s informal street market happen Firstly, to do this working theory it was necessary to search about the Londrina’s history and about the development of the formal commerce in this city, then a research about this informal commerce happened too To do this working theory, it was necessary to search the theory at the Londrina’s State University library and at the Londrina’s Municipal Library Researches were realized in Brazil’s state department (to know information about the public action which question the legality of the rent’s payment to the place where happen the Londrina’s informal street market) Others information where searched in places like the Londrina’s city hall (information about the building project of the place where happen the Londrina’s informal street market, which was approved by the Institute of Researches and Londrina’s Urban Projection), at Londrina’s Commerce Association (it was important to analyse this opinion, like a formal commerce representative, about the new similar undertakings which emerged, mainly, in the central area of the city, like as the municipal, state and federal inspectors actions), in Londrina’s informal street market (information about the undertaking’s history and the way that it is being administrated) and in the area around the Londrina’s informal street market (delimitation of the researches areas and the questions that were application of the questions which were the base of part of this Master’s degree work, in it was analysed the commerce of the area) In spite of it had benefited the formal commerce of a decadent area at the Londrina’s centre, the ACIL (Londrina’s Commerce Association) and some formal market workers said that it is a type of undertaking, supported by Londrina’s city hall, which damaged the formal commerce because of the origin, generally illegal, of its products In conclusion, this Master’s degree work with studies the analysis of the spatial transformation and some considerations about the influence of the Londrina’s informal street market in a formal commerce which is around it, like as the advantages and the disadvantages of its creation | pt_BR |
