dc.description.abstractResumo: O sujeito discursivo da sentença judicial fala por meio de determinado tempo e lugar, sofrendo as influências históricas e sociais de determinada sociedade A manifestação dessa diversidade é perceptível na superfície discursiva da sentença, revelando a própria natureza da linguagem e sua heterogeneidade constitutiva A análise do léxico revela muito sobre o conteúdo e o significado de um texto Definida como a disciplina linguística que estuda os recursos afetivo-expressivos da Língua (ou sistema, no sentido estruturalista de Ferdinand de Saussure), a Estilística é uma ciência recente, fundada no início do século XX pelo suíço Charles Bally, mas um saber muito antigo, que remonta à tradicional retórica dos gregos Trabalha com as variações das palavras, com seus significados, demonstrando as infinitas possibilidades de escolha colocadas à disposição do usuário da língua Nesta perspectiva, a análise do corpus aqui escolhido se dá pela ótica da Estilística Léxica em sentenças judiciais que envolvem a violência contra a mulher Pretende-se, pois, através da análise do léxico, voltar olhares e trazer para a pauta do estudo os itens lexicais e avaliativos comuns no discurso jurídico das sentenças dos processos de violência contra a mulher que tramitam na Vara Maria da Penha de Londrina O magistrado, mesmo não se afastando da essência objetiva do narrar, e da neutralidade exigida pela profissão, através das escolhas lexicais exterioriza seu sentimento, mostrando sua piedade e sua compaixão, não apenas pelos maus tratos, pela violência física ou psicológica sofrida pelas vítimas, mas também pelo resultado que tais atitudes acarretaram às famílias como um todo A pesquisa objetiva ainda demonstrar a importância das palavras em toda e qualquer relação social, destacando o papel da estilística léxica na exploração dos elementos emotivos para realçar ou destacar um determinado assunto, provocar comoção ou encantamento, despertar interesse, corroborando, assim, a premissa de que todas as vozes discursivas nas sentenças de processos que analisam a violência contra a mulher são dotadas de uma significativa carga afetiva Isso traz à tona a discussão e o esclarecimento necessário acerca da violência doméstica, objetivando denunciar relações abusivas, bem como evitar que novos casos semelhantes voltem a acontecer, encorajando as mulheres a dizerem não à violênciapt_BR
dc.description.abstractother1Abstract: The discursive subject of the judicial sentence speaks through a certain time and place, suffering the historical and social influences of a certain society The manifestation of this diversity is perceptible on the discursive surface of the sentence, revealing the very nature of language and its constitutive heterogeneity Lexical analysis reveals much about the content and meaning of a text Defined as the linguistic discipline that studies the affective-expressive resources of Language (or system, in the structuralist sense of Ferdinand de Saussure), Stylistics is a recent science, founded in the early twentieth century by the Swiss Charles Bally, but a very ancient knowledge , which goes back to the traditional rhetoric of the Greeks It works with the variations of the words, with their meanings, demonstrating the infinite possibilities of choice placed at the disposal of the user of the language In this perspective, the analysis of the corpus chosen here is given by the Lexical Stylistic viewpoint in judicial sentences involving violence against women It is intended, therefore, through the analysis of the lexicon, to look back and to bring to the agenda of the study the lexical and evaluative items common in the legal discourse of the sentences of the processes of violence against the woman that they process in the Vara Maria of Penha of Londrina The magistrate does not depart from the objective essence of narration, and from the neutrality required by the profession, through the lexical choices he externalizes his feeling, showing his pity and his compassion, not only for the mistreatment, the physical or psychological violence suffered by the victims, but as well as the result that such attitudes brought to families as a whole The research also aims to demonstrate the importance of words in any social relation, highlighting the role of lexical stylistics in the exploration of emotional elements to highlight or highlight a particular subject, to provoke commotion or enchantment, to arouse interest, thus corroborating the premise of that all the discursive voices in the sentences of processes that analyze violence against women are endowed with a significant affective load This brings up the necessary discussion and clarification on domestic violence, with the aim of denouncing abusive relationships, as well as preventing similar new cases from happening again, encouraging women to say no to violencept_BR
